Making a bequest in order to participate in projects that aim to improve people's lives is a generous legacy for humanity. If you believe that once you no longer have need for it, your legacy could provide social relief, please consider the possibility of including Fundación Asha-Kiran in your last will. If you are amenable to this option, without it having to affect the direct beneficiaries of your patrimony, there are two ways of making your contribution:

You may allocate your possessions subject to free allotment to Fundación Asha-Kiran. In this manner, you can donate a fixed amount or a percentage of the total value of the patrimony you possess when you pass away. It is likewise possible to bequeath patrimony in the form of material goods (real estate, works of art, jewelry, etc.).

- Inheritance

You may appoint Fundación Asha-Kiran as your only heir or as a co-inheritor (in the case of several heirs). In the first case, all of your possessions would be inherited by the Foundation; in the second, your possessions would be distributed in accordance with the proportion specified in your will.

To begin the process of making a bequest or appointing an inheritor, you must contact a notary public and appoint Fundación Asha-Kiran in your will as the beneficiary of the goods that you wish to bequeath or hand on, and include the following data:

It is advisable for the patrimony holder to appoint a trustworthy person to act as proxy at the time of the drawing up of the will.
